Interior brand Moooi released their Extinct Animals Collection at Salone del Mobile 2018. The collection exists of wallpapers, furniture, carpets and more and is inspired by extinct animals. I designed this part of the carpet collection consisting of rugs and broadloom carpets. Each design is inspired by a vintage drawing of an animal (adjusted by Moooi), and the carpets are translating the versatile beauty of their skins, feathers and features.
